Corporate Service Manager

About the role

Jio Platforms Limited seeks a Corporate Service Manager in Navi Mumbai to lead corporate services and administrative operations. The role involves developing strategic plans, overseeing office logistics, managing staff recruitment, and maintaining corporate accounts. This is an on-site position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans, company goals, policies, and procedures
• Oversee corporate accounts, sites, staff, operations, contracts, and financial operations
• Manage daily office operations including paperwork, supplies, equipment, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, develop corporate staff, and conduct performance reviews
• Maintain employee personnel files in hardcopy and softcopy formats
• Work with COO and Account Managers to execute business plans and develop new corporate accounts
• Create quarterly performance reports for all corporate accounts
• Ensure quality control and high-quality customer service delivery

What you’ll bring

• M.A/ M.B.A/ Masters in Corporate Wellness
• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with standard word-processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, presentation, and web design applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of standard personnel laws and requirements
