About the role
Corporate Services at Tower Research Capital supports the firm’s global trading platform by managing facilities, workplace operations, and corporate services across India. The manager leads facilities maintenance, employee transportation, office fit‑outs and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance, safety and cost efficiency. Gurgaon, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead facilities management and workplace operations across all India offices
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, UPS, plumbing and fire safety systems
- Manage employee transportation vendors and optimize service delivery
- Coordinate office fit‑outs, renovations, relocations and workspace reconfigurations
- Drive compliance, audit readiness and business continuity initiatives
- Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs and validate vendor invoices
- Track CAPEX/OPEX budgets and maintain operational documentation
- Report operational performance to senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, architecture or business administration
- 10-15 years facilities management experience
- Experience with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, UPS, fire safety)
- Vendor and contract management expertise
- Project management of office fit‑outs and relocations
- Stakeholder management across finance, HR, IT and security
- PMP, PRINCE2, IFMA or similar certification preferred
