Senior Analyst - Enterprise Loan Operations

About the role

First Citizens India seeks a Senior Analyst to support Enterprise Loan Operations within its global capability center in Bangalore. The role involves processing loan transactions, managing collateral documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders. This hybrid position requires working evening shifts to align with onshore business needs.

What you’ll do

• Process daily loan maintenance and transaction activities
• Manage UCC, flood insurance, and real estate collateral documents
• Reconcile collateral information against origination and accounting systems
• Review and verify accuracy of loan documents and reports
• Handle Letters of Credit boarding and maintenance
• Prepare payment schedules and post payments to loan systems
• Resolve complex operational issues and exceptions independently
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and operational risk controls

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years of professional experience in banking or financial services
• Specific experience in commercial lending operations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Commerce/MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Experience with loan servicing systems like ACBS, LoanIQ, or ALS

Nice to have

• Expertise in reading and interpreting Loan Agreements
• Knowledge of UCC and real estate collateral management
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
