About the role

Huron Consulting Group's Enterprise Solutions team helps clients drive strategic growth through digital transformation. As a Lead Workday HCM Consultant (Recruitment) you will configure and maintain Workday Recruiting, lead client engagements, develop prototypes, conduct testing, and provide training and support. Bangalore, India – hybrid work model with on-site collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Lead client-facing project workstreams
• Design and configure Workday Recruiting solutions
• Create prototypes to demonstrate configurations
• Perform system testing and issue resolution
• Train end users and support ticket resolution
• Convert legacy data and ensure data integrity
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Develop insights through reports and dashboards

What you’ll bring

• Workday Recruiting certification required
• 3-8 years implementing Workday Recruiting
• Configure requisitions, job postings, candidate and offer management
• Maintain Workday security domains
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues
• Provide user training and support
• Migrate legacy data into Workday
• Develop reports and dashboards

Nice to have

• Delivered 3+ recruitment implementations across multiple phases
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong analytical documentation and solution design skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale
