Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Sales Operations team at MongoDB drives operational excellence for the global sales organization, ensuring data quality, governance, and process efficiency. The analyst owns end‑to‑end workflows, leads medium‑scale projects, and builds analytical insights using SQL and BI tools. Gurugram, hybrid (cabs provided), 2 PM–10 PM shift.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end operational processes and ensure data governance
• Lead medium‑complexity projects and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Develop SQL‑based automation to reduce manual effort
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues

What you’ll bring

• 5 years Sales Operations experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• SQL for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Tableau or Sigma reporting
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
