About the role

IT Department at Bajaj Finance drives secure endpoint management across the enterprise. The Senior Domain Manager End User Support leads Mobile Device Management initiatives, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots devices while enforcing security policies and compliance. Works on-site at the Pune Corporate Office, overseeing policy creation, device enrollment, and incident response.

What you’ll do

• Deploy and manage mobile devices, laptops, desktops using Intune or similar platforms
• Create, enforce, and audit security policies, encryption, remote wipe, and compliance reporting
• Monitor device activity, detect threats, and respond to security incidents
• Coordinate device enrollment, provisioning, and patch management across OS platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure endpoint security while maintaining user productivity

What you’ll bring

• Engineering/Computer Graduate
• 3-5 years Information Security or Cyber Security experience
• Hands‑on with MDM/UEM tools (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron)
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Identity and Access Management
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike)
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
