What you’ll do
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of transformation initiatives
- Manage program plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution
- Track benefits, cost savings, and business outcomes
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and decision‑making forums
- Partner with business leaders and functional stakeholders
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and reusable assets
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement

- Experience managing complex cross‑functional initiatives
- Expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting
