Senior Associate II, ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Kyndryl Software Engineering – Development team builds and delivers cloud‑based managed services using ServiceNow. The Senior Associate develops, configures, and enhances ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB solutions, creates discovery probes, and maintains CI/CD pipelines while providing support for CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Role is based in Bangalore with on‑site work at Kyndryl campuses and additional locations in Hyderabad and Greater Noida.

What you’ll do

• Implement identified ServiceNow components from design docs
• Document, unit‑test, and integrate code into final product
• Architect solutions and build CI/CD pipelines
• Provide work estimates and guide feature development
• Maintain CMDB data integrity and health dashboards
• Configure standard reports and dashboards
• Support discovery scans, resolve network and credential issues
• Collaborate with CI owners and configuration managers

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB certification (mandatory)
• Experience updating data models, forms, and permissions
• Designing and developing CMDB data load processes
• Configuring and maintaining ServiceNow MID‑server for Discovery
• Creating and enhancing discovery probes and sensors
• Providing support for CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping issues
