About the role
Perficient is hiring a Financial Analyst in India to support forecasting and budgeting across the organization. Day-to-day work includes consolidating and analyzing forecast data, maintaining and deploying costing and operational tools, assisting with monthly operational and quarterly Board reporting, and analyzing sales trends and key operating metrics such as utilization and ABR. The role involves regular interaction with General Managers, Vice Presidents of Operations, and C-level executives, and is a full-time position.
What you’ll do
- Administers the forecasting process and cycle with all operating business groups
- Consolidates and analyzes forecast data and provides analysis and reporting to key management
- Assists Finance team in designing and developing new tools needed to meet company growth goals and expectations
- Maintains and deploys costing tools used by operational and sales resources across the company
- Manages resolution of system and tool issues in a timely manner and provides training and guidance to new resources and business groups as applicable
- Assists with monthly operational reporting, quarterly Board of Directors reporting, and various ad hoc reporting requests
- Analyzes sales trends and key operating metrics including utilization and ABR
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum of three years' financial analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong initiative and desire to excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
