About the role
Finance Operations Consulting at Accenture helps global clients design and implement finance operating models and shared services. The consultant drives sales pipelines, leads client engagements, and manages end‑to‑end transformation projects across finance processes like OTC, AP and RTR. Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, hybrid onsite model with 3 days onsite per week, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales pipeline and proposals for finance GBS engagements
- Lead client conversations and design operating models
- Manage project execution from assessment to implementation
- Define cost transformation initiatives and monitor savings
- Supervise senior and junior analysts and consultants
What you’ll bring
- 4-8 years finance operations transformation experience
- MBA in Finance or CA/CMA qualification
- Experience with GBS and SSC design
- Knowledge of finance processes OTC, AP, RTR
- Program management of large scale projects
