About the role

Finance Operations Consulting at Accenture helps global clients design and implement finance operating models and shared services. The role drives sales pipelines, leads proposals, and manages end‑to‑end GBS and operating model projects, including process maturity assessments, cost‑transformation initiatives, and large‑scale change management. Based in India (Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) with an on‑site work model, the consultant also mentors junior analysts and collaborates with senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

What you’ll do

Drive sales pipeline and own finance/GBS proposals
Lead client engagements for operating model and shared services design
Manage project execution from assessment through implementation
Conduct process maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps
Create cost‑transformation initiatives and value cases
Oversee large‑scale project and change management activities
Mentor senior and junior analysts and consultants
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery

What you’ll bring

4-8 years finance operations transformation experience
MBA (Finance) or CA or CMA
Experience with OTC, AP, RTR processes
Program management of large, complex programs
Knowledge of ERP and digital finance technologies
Ability to lead client conversations and proposals
Experience in cost‑savings initiatives and business case creation
Leadership of distributed global teams
