About the role
Advanced Data Solutions team at EXL builds enterprise reporting platforms. The Senior Power BI Developer designs, develops and maintains interactive dashboards, leverages Power BI Copilot for rapid DAX generation and visual suggestions, ensures data accuracy and performance, and automates recurring reports while providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. Gurugram, Haryana, India – Hybrid (3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements
- Utilize Copilot to accelerate report creation and generate insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling
- Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements
- Stay updated on Power BI AI and Copilot enhancements
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years Power BI experience
- Proficiency with Power BI Copilot for report creation
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills
- SQL query development
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
