About the role

OTM Techno-functional Consultant role focuses on OTM Cloud technical expertise, monitoring, SQL scripting, and end-to-end lifecycle implementation.

What you’ll do

• Monitor OTM events and transmissions
• Write SQL for automation agents
• Check OTM logs
• Implement end-to-end OTM lifecycle
• Support RUN team with daily monitoring
• Handle INC/RITMs

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years OTM Cloud technical experience
• Proficiency in OTM monitoring and event handling
• SQL scripting for automation agents
• Experience with OTM logs and architecture
• End-to-end OTM lifecycle implementation
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• ServiceNow tool handling and ITSM process knowledge
• Analytical mindset and teamwork
