Lead Consultant - Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks an Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant to support project delivery and pre-sales activities across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. The role involves solution design, client consulting, implementation, and integration of Oracle Transportation Management solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Conduct requirement discovery workshops and provide OTM solution recommendations
• Prepare solution proposals, effort estimates, SOWs, and support RFP/RFI responses
• Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Freight Settlement
• Design and develop OTM integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, OIC, and middleware
• Create functional and technical design documents (FDD/TDD)
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, and post go-live support activities
• Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process optimization

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years total experience with 5+ years in Oracle OTM
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong experience in Oracle OTM Cloud/On-Premises
• Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of OTM data model, agents, workflows, and reporting

Nice to have

• End-to-end OTM implementation experience
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM, ERP, WMS, and OIC
• Experience in proposal preparation and pre-sales engagements
