Human Resources team at PACCAR India drives talent attraction, engagement, and retention through comprehensive Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, and HR Governance programs. The HR Manager leads talent reviews, performance cycles, leadership development, analytics dashboards, and rewards strategy while partnering with business leaders and global HR teams. Pune, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead talent management strategy and succession planning
• Coordinate performance management cycle and provide guidance
• Design and deliver leadership development programs
• Generate workforce analytics dashboards for strategic decisions
• Develop and execute total rewards philosophy and manage benefits programs
• Ensure statutory HR compliance and lead governance initiatives
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on capability needs
• Drive HR projects and continuous improvement across programs

What you’ll bring

• 15-18 years progressive HR experience
• Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 5 years in specialist HR COE role
