Implementation Manager

About the role

Ericsson's Implementation Manager role in Gurgaon, Haryana, India drives implementation services across the circle, overseeing time, scope, and resource planning while ensuring compliance with E+OHS, data security, and privacy rules. Day-to-day, you deliver projects on agreed timelines, plan ASP and TI teams, run weekly and monthly governance meetings with PMs and customers, coordinate site installations, quality checks, and material dispatch, control circle costs, and submit project reports. The position focuses on securing effective implementation that generates value and influences the future of communications technology.

What you’ll do

• Deliver all projects running in the circle within the defined timeline as agreed with management and customer
• Plan resources and ASP teams in the circle as per monthly target agreed with customer
• Conduct weekly and monthly governance meetings with PM and customer
• Ensure all tools and processes are implemented in the circle as per Ericsson and customer guidelines
• Control circle cost and optimize resources as per project requirement
• Submit different project reports timely as per customer and management requirement
• Hold weekly meetings with TI teams to resolve issues and align them with company policies (RSA/OHS) and monthly targets
• Ensure 100% acceptance from customer after I&C of sites/MW links
