About the role

Implementation team at Sprinklr drives enterprise deployments of the AI-native Unified-CXM platform, ensuring customers realize maximum value. The Sr. Implementation Manager leads a high‑performing group of consultants, oversees multiple concurrent rollout projects, mentors staff, and serves as the primary client liaison throughout implementation. Based in Bangalore and Gurgaon, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage and mentor implementation consultants
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects ensuring on‑time, in‑scope delivery
• Act as primary client point of contact during implementation phase
• Define and maintain regional implementation strategies
• Develop best practices, methodologies, and tools for implementation efficiency
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams for seamless transitions
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
• Track and report implementation KPIs and team performance

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years enterprise software implementation
• 5+ years Voice/Chat/Email CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect, etc.)
• Proven leadership of complex implementation projects
• Understanding of voice protocols and contact center infrastructure
• Experience with Groovy/JavaScript scripting
• Technical background in software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business or related field
