About the role

Senior Assistant Vice President role leading Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives, overseeing delivery, governance, and innovation across EXL’s enterprise systems.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion project delivery & operations
Oversee team performance, delivery timelines, quality benchmarks
Collaborate with business, technical, client teams for seamless execution
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, proactive issue resolution
Drive resource planning, utilization, talent development
Ensure best practices, governance, compliance standards
Foster continuous improvement & innovation
Partner with leadership to digitize processes across EXL
Build Fusion Cloud capability, manage upgrades & new features
Focus on training & continuous learning
Manage internal stakeholders & external partners

What you’ll bring

12-15 years overall experience
8+ years Oracle ERP/Fusion techno-functional
Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation & delivery
Multi-vendor & offshore/onshore delivery expertise
Post Graduate or equivalent professional qualification

Nice to have

PMP certification
Agile certification
ITIL certification
Relevant enterprise application domain certification
