About the role

Plant IT User Access Management (UAM) & QMS team ensures secure user lifecycle and regulatory compliance for GxP applications. The Senior Officer provides first‑line IT support, manages user provisioning, periodic access reviews, and handles QMS activities such as deviations, CAPA, and audit documentation. Ahmedabad City, Gujarat, India – On-site workplace model.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end user access for GxP applications
• Perform periodic access and privileged reviews
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and segregation of duties
• Support IT‑related QMS processes including deviations, CAPA, and change control
• Assist with regulatory audit preparation and response
• Provide first‑line hardware and software troubleshooting

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech required
• M.Tech preferred
• 1+ years experience
