What you’ll do

• Provide companywide oversight and governance of operational risk programs
• Develop and drive innovative risk approaches through influence models
• Identify and assess business operational risks and recommend mitigations
• Lead implementation of high‑risk, multi‑line initiatives
• Consult on corrective action plans and change management
• Influence and negotiate with executive management and business heads
• Lead virtual teams and mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate with peers to resolve issues and achieve risk objectives

What you’ll bring

7+ years operational risk experience

Nice to have

• 8+ years risk management experience
• Deep knowledge of RCSA, risk monitoring, and issue management
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk policies
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience establishing training programs
