  • Client‑facing experience including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in Benefits configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams
  • Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements
