Principal Consultant, Client Services, Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Absence Management

About the role

Client Services team at Argano helps mid-to-large enterprises maximize their Oracle HCM Cloud investment. The Principal Consultant leads client engagements, designs and configures Benefits and Absence Management modules, and drives strategic adoption through workshops and technical guidance. Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Remote work model with occasional onsite collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Maintain regular communication with mid‑to‑large clients to gather needs and feedback
• Align client processes with Oracle HCM best practices and configure solutions
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality
• Develop and document technical specifications and test scripts
• Lead client presentations and knowledge‑transfer sessions
• Manage scope, expectations, and deliverables for client engagements
• Support sales as a subject‑matter expert and drive upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years client services experience
• Module expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits and Absence Management
• 3 full life‑cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Oracle certification in relevant modules
• Proficiency with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, FastFormula
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple client projects independently
