About the role
Managed Cloud Services team at NextGen Healthcare provides cloud infrastructure and migration support for healthcare clients. The Senior Specialist II ensures secure data handling, implements and monitors server, storage and backup systems, migrates SQL databases, and coordinates disaster recovery while interfacing with clients and internal teams. Remote work from anywhere in India, Bangalore base optional.
What you’ll do
- Provide client support during implementation and migration
- Coordinate network security measures and monitor server performance
- Implement and operate server, storage, backup infrastructure
- Migrate, restore, and configure SQL databases
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution
- Manage internal Confluence site for reference materials
- Facilitate project handoff to client success
