About the role

People Team at Jeppesen ForeFlight, the aviation software leader, drives APAC benefits strategy and compliance. The Senior Total Rewards Specialist designs and delivers benefit programs, leads vendor negotiations, and supports compensation initiatives across the region. Based in Bengaluru, India, on-site work model, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Finance and local managers.

What you’ll do

• Administer and ensure compliance of statutory benefit programs across APAC
• Design, govern and renew group medical, life, disability and flexible benefit plans
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate plan renewals
• Lead benefits enrollment events and employee communications
• Support global compensation programs, market pricing and bonus cycles
• Partner with HR Business Partners on job leveling and offer structuring

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years total rewards experience
• APAC benefits design and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with UKG platform and Pave tool preferred
• Excellent stakeholder communication across time zones
