About the role

Compensation & Benefits team at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end payroll and benefits services for a global client base. The Senior Analyst manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and complex employee queries while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and SLA‑driven performance. Based in Mumbai, on‑site work model, supporting Australian shift timings.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll and compensation processes
• Administer employee benefits programs in line with Australian requirements
• Handle complex employee queries and escalations via contact‑center channels
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, taxation and superannuation regulations
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations and support month‑end cycle activities
• Maintain data accuracy across HRIS and payroll systems
• Drive adherence to SLA/KPI metrics such as accuracy, TAT, CSAT, FCR
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in Compensation & Benefits/Payroll
• BBA or BHRD degree
• Experience with Australian payroll regulations (Fair Work Act, taxation, superannuation)
• Hands‑on with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors)
• Background in shared services or contact‑center environment
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication across HR and finance
• Ability to handle high‑volume, SLA‑driven operations
