What you’ll do
- Design processes for salary adjustments, bonuses, and employee stock purchase plans
- Manage team workload distribution and ensure metrics are met
- Maintain knowledge of client policies and statutory requirements
- Drive business excellence and liaise with focal teams
- Research and resolve escalations and client issues
- Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are tested
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions
- Participate in process-related business meetings

- 2-3 years Team Lead experience
- International BPO experience
- Compensation process knowledge
- Workflow tools exposure (Workday/SuccessFactors)
- Proficient MS Excel reporting skills
