About the role

Automation Test team at Stryker Global Technology Center builds robust test frameworks for cloud and web software. Leads test design, automation framework development, and cloud platform validation while mentoring a team of test engineers. Works hybrid from Gurugram, collaborating with global R&D and multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead and perform testing of web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Translate requirements into test designs and automated implementations
• Design, develop, and document test automation framework
• Conduct code reviews, requirement tracing, and documentation
• Perform load, unit, integration, system, static and dynamic analysis testing
• Validate and maintain cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Collaborate with system engineers, developers, and global peers on test strategy

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years testing and test automation of web and mobile applications
• Leadership of test development teams
• Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WDIO expertise
• API testing with Postman or ReadyAPI
• Software development in Python, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript
• Experience with XML, JSON, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB
• Agile Scrum or DevOps implementation
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, VS Code, Eclipse, Git

Nice to have

• Selection and implementation of cloud-native test automation suites (AWS, Azure)
• Regulatory compliance knowledge (IEC62304, HIPAA, FIPS)
• Load, unit, integration, system, static and dynamic analysis testing
