About the role
OneTrust AI‑Ready Governance Platform team builds responsible data use solutions that accelerate AI innovation. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer you will define technical strategy and architecture across multiple product teams, set engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers. Bengaluru, hybrid model with three days onsite per week, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define technical direction and architecture for multi‑team product area
- Partner with product and UX leadership to align roadmap with business strategy
- Establish and propagate engineering standards organization‑wide
- Mentor staff engineers and contribute to technical leveling
- Build cross‑group networks and serve as technical authority
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Frontend and backend development experience
- Experience mentoring senior engineers
- Hands‑on AI‑assisted development tool usage
