About the role

Hardware Engineering at Qualcomm designs cutting‑edge System‑on‑Chip (SoC) infrastructure. The Senior Staff Engineer leads RTL design and debug of complex coherent NoCs across mobile, IoT, compute, automotive and server platforms, collaborating with silicon bring‑up and core IP teams to architect and validate NoC functionality. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years RTL design and debug experience
• Expertise in IP design, RTL coding, CDC, synthesis, DFT
• Strong analytical skills and academic background in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across SoC and core IP groups
• Proficiency with verification/debug tools and silicon bring‑up processes
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant engineering discipline
