About the role
Digital Validation team at NXP India ensures silicon meets key product indicators through comprehensive post‑silicon validation. The Principal Engineer leads IP‑ and SoC‑level test plan development, owns RTOS‑based SDK delivery, drives first‑silicon bring‑up, and mentors validation engineers. What you’ll do
- Lead post‑silicon validation efforts
- Define and execute characterization and validation test plans
- Develop and maintain RTOS‑based SDKs and low‑level drivers
- Create automated test solutions using Python and FPGA frameworks
- Debug silicon test failures and perform root‑cause analysis
- Collaborate with hardware, safety, and system architecture teams
- Mentor and guide validation engineering team
- Produce and review test reports for global stakeholders

8+ years validation engineering experience
