About the role

HPE Global IT seeks a Lead SAP SD Solution Architect to drive enterprise IT transformation and consulting services. The role involves designing scalable SAP solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning technical strategies with business goals in Bengaluru. This is an on-site position focused on simplifying operations through innovative architectural blueprints.

What you’ll do

Design system architecture ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Define integration architecture for seamless interoperability of systems
Analyze and translate business needs into solutions and architecture
Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, testing, and compliance
Lead cross-functional development teams as a subject matter expert
Ensure solutions align with business goals and technology strategies
Establish and enforce best practices and governance frameworks
Resolve integration challenges and technical roadblocks

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 15 years of related experience
Master's degree with minimum 12 years of experience
At least 12-15 years of experience as a Lead Solution Architect
Experience with SAP S/4HANA

Nice to have

Strong functional knowledge in all SAP modules including SD, MM, Supply Chain, FI, GL, AR, AP
Expertise in designing new solutions based on customer requirements and best practices
Advanced understanding of modern software development and test methodologies
SAP certification in SD, S/4HANA, or FICO is a plus
