About the role

Yash Technologies' Dynamics team drives digital transformation for enterprise finance and operations. As a Lead Consultant you will design, develop, and lead upgrades from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, build customizations, integrate with Power Platform and Azure DevOps, and guide stakeholders through implementation. Hyderabad, TG, India, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement finance and operations solutions on Dynamics 365
• Lead AX 2012 to D365 upgrade projects and migrations
• Develop custom enhancements using X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio
• Integrate external systems via AIF, services, and middleware
• Utilize Power Platform and Azure DevOps for lifecycle management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years as Technical Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
• Strong expertise in AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations upgrades
• Experience with SCM and warehousing feature development
• Proficient in X++, MorphX, Visual Studio, and AX development tools
• Hands‑on with Power Platform, LCS, Azure DevOps, and integration services
• Knowledge of customization patterns, AOT, DIXF, SSRS, and security framework
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of AI and Copilot concepts
