About the role
Yash Technologies' Business Solutions team drives digital transformation for global clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The Lead Consultant designs and implements end‑to‑end Business Central solutions, leads upgrades and third‑party integrations, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications. Based in Indore with on‑site work, the role offers exposure to finance, supply chain, manufacturing domains and opportunities to work with US customers.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from global stakeholders
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and configure Business Central solutions
- Lead system testing, UAT, and validation activities
- Document project artifacts and maintain lifecycle documentation
- Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
- Provide expertise on Azure, Power Platform, and AI integration features
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years functional consulting experience with MS Dynamics NAV & Business Central
- 5+ full lifecycle Business Central implementations
- Hands‑on BC upgrade and third‑party integration projects
- Experience with CoPilot and AI innovations
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Power Platform integrations
- MB‑800 certification required
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in finance, supply chain, manufacturing domains
