What you’ll do

• Assess current processes, identify AI/automation improvement opportunities
• Incrementally automate manual or semi-manual workflows across Sales Ops
• Design AI workflows for reporting, data processing, sales support, content
• Integrate AI tools with CRMs, spreadsheets, data sources
• Develop, test, optimize prompts to drive reliable, high-quality AI outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into automation
• Use SQL to query large datasets (e.g., BigQuery) for automation
• Keep up with new AI tools and trends, suggest practical applications

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years hands-on process automation experience
• Solid understanding of Sales Operations and lead-to-cash lifecycle
• Experience with Tableau CRM, Looker, Qlik, Salesforce, DocuSign, Alteryx, Gemini, Copilot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Execution mindset, focus on efficiency and automation
• Collaboration skills with Sales, Sales Ops, technical teams
• Curiosity, willingness to learn AI and automation
