Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, this on‑site position requires extensive field interaction and coordination with service teams.

What you’ll do

• Ensure timely installation and commissioning of heating products
• Demonstrate fuel‑savings benefits to customers
• Serve as single point of contact for customer inquiries and service scheduling
• Handle complaints, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct warranty and proactive site visits, providing guidance and preventive checks
• Submit service reports and develop preventive maintenance strategies
• Execute product validation trials and analyze field data
• Maintain MIS trackers and monitor KPI performance
