About the role
Bharat Banking, a new department at Axis Bank focused on driving business in semi‑urban and rural markets, builds partnerships, launches new products, and reimagines customer journeys. As a Wholesale Relationship Manager you will source new B2B clients, manage and grow existing portfolios, ensure documentation and disbursement formalities, and meet disbursement, fee and book targets for the Bangalore region. This role is based in Bangalore on an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Source new B2B clients
- Acquire and manage existing client portfolio
- Renew existing relationships
- Ensure complete documentation and disbursement formalities
- Meet regional disbursement, fee and book targets
- Liaise with branches and clusters for new business
- Coordinate with credit, FCU and operations teams
- Coach and mentor junior staff
