About the role

WHS Central Programs (Workplace Health and Safety) team partners with global business and program teams to roll out safety programs and ensure a safe workplace for Amazon associates. The Senior Associate analyzes injury and incident data, develops performance metrics, and drives issue resolution across stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• End-to-end ownership of deliverables with quality and SLA adherence
• Communicate with internal stakeholders across WHS organization
• Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results
• Scope business and functional requirements for WHS programs
• Escalate data issues and ensure resolution
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs

What you’ll bring

• Bachelors degree in Safety, Environment or Engineering
• Experience with large datasets
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SQL Server/MySQL experience
• Advanced Excel with VBA/macros
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Presenting data to stakeholders
