WHS Central Programs (Central Programs – Workplace Health and Safety) team partners with global business and program teams to roll out safety programs and ensure a safe, healthy workplace for Amazon associates and partners. The Senior Associate analyzes injury and incident data, identifies trends, and drives safety interventions while communicating findings across stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

End-to-end ownership of deliverables with quality and timeline adherence
Communicate with internal stakeholders within the CPT and broader WHS organization
Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results
Scope business and functional requirements for WHS programs
Escalate data issues to owners and ensure resolution
Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs

What you’ll bring

Bachelors degree in Safety, Environment related field or Engineering
Experience with Microsoft Office products

Nice to have

Experience with AI/ML technologies
Data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau or equivalent
Ability to analyze quantitatively and propose safety interventions
