- Update Clinical Customer Master data in SAP
- Assist in shipment issue resolution and reconciliation
- Attend DSCT weekly system issue meetings
- Support global audits and inspections
- Collaborate with Clinical Supply Chain, Quality, and DTI teams
- Maintain process documentation and inspection readiness
