What you’ll do
- Deliver customer acquisition through business development
- Identify micro‑markets and empanel referral partners for loan products
- Generate leads and conduct cold calls in assigned area
- Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
- Activate and nurture referral partners for new business
- Manage soft bucket collections and early mortality metrics
- Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
- Retain existing loan customers
