Assistant - Distributor Management

About the role

Getinge is dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible globally. This role manages end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes, including audits, SAQ analysis, and corrective action tracking. The position is based in Mumbai and operates on a remote work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage supplier evaluation and ESG activities
• Distribute and analyze SAQ responses via One Trust
• Identify vendors for ESG audits and plan coordination
• Record non-compliance observations and track CAPs
• Conduct audits of new and existing distributors
• Support DDP process as required
• Implement GS QMS procedures for distributor management
• Maintain document and record control standards

What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role
• Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
