About the role

Asset Management Sales & Distribution team at HSBC Global Asset Management India focuses on expanding mutual fund penetration across banks, national distributors and IFAs. The Assistant Manager supports distributor relationships, prepares sales materials, tracks performance dashboards and coordinates internal stakeholders under senior guidance. Panaji, Goa, India, hybrid (remote and office) with flexible working options.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum graduation required
• Strong interest in mutual funds and investment markets
• Good verbal and written communication
• Basic commercial mindset
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) is an advantage
• Valid NISM certificate preferred
