Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

Research & Development – Design team creates engaging digital experiences across branding, web, content, and product interfaces. The Senior UI/UX Designer leads design projects from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes, collaborates with developers and stakeholders, and leverages AI‑powered tools to accelerate workflow. Remote, India, fully remote work model.

What you’ll do

• Create user‑centered digital experiences and high‑quality interfaces
• Translate briefs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate behavior and interactions
• Apply design principles including grid systems, typography, and layout
• Use AI‑powered design tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders
• Organize design workflows for efficient project delivery

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years UI/UX design experience
• Expert in Figma with prototyping and design systems
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals and accessibility knowledge
• Proven collaboration with developers and technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
