Asset & Wealth Management, Private Credit team at Goldman Sachs builds and manages a diversified portfolio of private credit assets, delivering long‑term performance for institutional clients. The Associate monitors portfolio companies, maintains financial models, tracks covenants, and prepares analytics for investment decisions. Based in Bengaluru, India, the role is on‑site with a focus on portfolio monitoring and strategic projects.

What you’ll do

• Produce and present periodic portfolio company monitoring reports
• Maintain portfolio company models and track financial covenants
• Participate in portfolio company meetings and update investment outlook
• Prepare portfolio analytics and investment statistics
• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties

What you’ll bring

• MBA or Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Accounting knowledge, valuation and financial modeling aptitude
• Strong analytical and logical mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
