About the role

Asset & Wealth Management (Private)– Real Estate Loan Asset Management Analyst supports investment-level analytics, valuation review, and financial modeling across real estate assets, partnering closely with asset managers and operating partners.

What you’ll do

• Analyze exposures and risks across loan book
• Approve monthly construction loan drawdowns
• Monitor operating loan performance and compliance
• Approve new leasing requests on secured collateral
• Update covenants, cashflows, valuation models; prepare business plans
• Coordinate with global teams; suggest process and tech improvements
• Forecast cash flows using market comps for diverse property types
• Produce monthly reporting packages for management and clients
• Report loan performance to Limited Partners

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in Finance/Business or related field
• 1+ year finance or loan asset management experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and English fluency
• Detail‑oriented, ownership mindset, proactive team player
• Ability to work under pressure and influence stakeholders
