About the role
Global Tools & AI Orchestration CoE at Salesforce builds internal AI agents and workflow tools that standardize deal scoping, estimation, and delivery worldwide. The Lead designs, builds, and scales these agents, creates end‑to‑end automated workflows, and implements data feedback loops to continuously improve accuracy and risk management. Based in Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed, overseeing global delivery centers and field teams.
What you’ll do
- Build and own the AI agent ecosystem
- Design end‑to‑end scoping and estimation workflows
- Automate business logic into reusable tools
- Create data and feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Automate governance checks and risk flags
- Collaborate with field, GDC, and product engineering teams

- 12+ years technical architecture/engineering
- Hands‑on AI/agent system development
- Data platform and integration experience
