About the role
Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients. As Associate IS Security Engineer, you will respond to security events in 24/7 CSOC, triage, investigate, and coordinate incident response lifecycle. Provide feedback to improve procedures, correlate alerts across platforms, lead knowledge-sharing sessions. Work in Hyderabad, India, onsite. Shift work: second or third shift. Requires bachelor or diploma with experience. Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, MTA Security Fundamentals. Must have security tech understanding, threat analysis, Windows/Linux, CSOC ops, alert correlation. Strong communication, prioritization, problem solving.
What you’ll do
- Triage, investigate, respond to security events.
- Provide feedback to improve procedures.
- Correlate alerts across platforms.
- Lead CSOC Tier 1 knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist responders in containment, eradication, recovery, lessons learned.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree + 0-3 yrs Security Ops OR Diploma + 4-7 yrs Security Ops
