About the role

Information Security Governance Team at Morae Global ensures the development and maintenance of security and compliance programs across the enterprise. The associate supports policy creation, GRC process improvement, audit evidence collection, and security metrics reporting while collaborating with internal and client stakeholders. Based in Bangalore, India, this role is on-site.

What you’ll do

• Develop and update security and compliance documentation
• Support security training and awareness initiatives
• Create and deliver security communications
• Capture audit evidence and maintain compliance records
• Refine security dashboards and produce monthly metrics reports
• Participate in internal and external security initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Relevant experience in security processes and technology environments
• Knowledge of privacy and security technical controls
• Experience or interest in GRC solutions and risk assessments
• Strong written and oral communication in English
