About the role

What you’ll do
- Execute daily seller experience operations including calls, escalations, and rescues
- Monitor and improve seller experience metrics (FDPS, LSR, CR, etc.)
- Conduct performance deep dives and implement corrective actions
- Lead program initiatives and cross‑functional stakeholder management
- Develop reporting and automation frameworks
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years cross‑functional project delivery
- 2+ years managing large‑scale operations with front‑line supervisors
- Data‑driven decision making using metrics
- Advanced Excel or Tableau experience
- Developing and implementing new strategies
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
