About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation team at Accenture helps global clients navigate technology aspects of M&A, including integration, separation, and Day 1 readiness. The Consultant supports technology workstreams, develops deliverables, analyzes risks and synergies, and assists with TSA planning across infrastructure, ERP, and architecture domains. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata – On-site, Full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Support technology workstreams across M&A transactions
• Assist with sign-to-close, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation planning
• Contribute to IMO/SMO governance and reporting
• Develop client deliverables, analyses, business cases, and presentations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and program management activities

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years consulting or technology advisory experience
• Experience in technology M&A transactions
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure & cloud, ERP, or enterprise architecture
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred
